It hears where your stems collide
The hard part of a mix is not how each stem sounds on its own, it is where two of them fight for the same space. Euphona maps where the kick and bass hit the same notes at the same moment and where the vocal is losing to the guitars, and every move answers that map.

Levels that let everything be heard
Balance follows what you can actually hear, not a fixed level per instrument. Raw stems that were never balanced? Say so, and a vocal recorded over a finished beat is lifted to where finished songs put it.

- Do I need separate stems?
- Ideally, yes. Only have a stereo file? Stem Separation splits it first, and the mix is built from those stems.
- How is this different from mastering?
- Mixing works on the parts and can change how they sit together. Mastering works on the finished stereo file and can only change all of it at once. If the problem is one element, it is a mix problem.
- Can I keep working on it in my own DAW?
- Yes. Take the mix back into your session and keep going. Nothing about the result is locked to Euphona.
