Pricing

Hear the full engine on your whole song. Pay only when you take a file out.

Every plan runs every capability, including the free one. What separates them is how many minutes you get, how fast you are through the queue, and how much you can keep. Nothing is locked behind a tier.

Five ways to pay

  • A planFrom $15 a month, unlimited exports
  • Per track$2–8, quoted before you press it
  • Minute packs30 or 100 minutes, prepaid
  • Metered overageOff unless you turn it on, with your own cap
  • APIFrom $0.15 a minute, pay as you go

Annual billing is 17% less — two months free. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax where it applies — the amount is calculated at checkout.

Paid plans renew automatically — monthly or annually, whichever you choose — until you cancel. Cancelling is self-serve in your settings and takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

The ten minutes are granted once at signup. They never expire and they never refill — this is an evaluation, not an allowance, and it is better that you know that now than at minute eleven.

Max is the top plan. There is no hidden rung above it — Enterprise is a contract for different obligations, not a bigger version of this.

Enterprise

For labels, studios and broadcasters with volume, reserved capacity or contractual obligations. We do not publish a service-level agreement yet — an SLA is a promise about measured behaviour, and we have not measured ninety days of it.

  • Reserved capacity, set aside in advance
  • Committed-use pricing below the published ladder
  • Contracted retention windows and audited access
  • A named contact, not a queue

The other three lanes

If a subscription is the wrong shape

Two songs a year isn't a subscription, and neither is an application calling us a thousand times a day. Both have their own lane, at their own rate.

Per track

One track at a time

$0.80 / minute

Never below $2, never above $8 for a track.

Processed something on the free plan and want the file? The export button quotes the exact price before you press it. You get the full-resolution export and lossless comparison for that track, and re-downloading the same version is free forever, because it is your file.

No running meter, no total that assembles itself while you work. A price, then a button.

Buy minutes outright, use them in the Studio on any plan, and export what they produced at full quality. Plan minutes are always spent first, then packs, oldest first.

Pack minutes expire twelve months after purchase, with an email at thirty days and at seven. The date is on the purchase screen before you buy, not in a footnote after.

Metering

What each capability costs per minute

Some capabilities take far more compute than others, so a minute of one isn't a minute of another. The multipliers are published rather than absorbed into an opaque credit — you'd work them out anyway. Analysis is never metered at all.

Metering multiplier per capability, applied to minutes of source audio
CapabilityPer source minuteA 4-minute track
AI Mastering×14 min
AI Mixing×14 min
Audio Restoration×14 min
AI Vocal Tuning×14 min
Stem Separation×1.56 min

What we will not do with your money

You are never charged without asking

There is no card on the free plan. Metered overage is off unless you turn it on, and when you do you set the monthly cap yourself. Nothing bills silently, and no job runs that would exceed the minutes you have — a submission that would overshoot is refused with the exact shortfall rather than accepted and invoiced.

Plans renew until you cancel, and cancelling takes two clicks

Monthly plans renew monthly, annual plans annually, until you stop them. Annual plans get an email before every renewal with the date and the amount, in time to act on it. Cancelling is self-serve and takes the same number of clicks as subscribing did — never a phone call, a chat agent or a retention offer you have to decline twice. It takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and nothing you have already used is clawed back.

You hear it before you pay for it

The level-matched comparison against your original plays before any charge, and the exact price is on the button — which is why payments are final. A defective result — a file that will not play, an export at the wrong sample rate — is reprocessed or refunded, as consumer law requires. Statutory rights, including the EU and UK withdrawal right, are never limited by any of this.

What you pay for is compute, measured

The unit is minutes of source audio, rounded up per job to a tenth of a minute, times the published multiplier for that capability. Analysis is never metered. Jobs that fail for our reasons are never metered.

Questions

Questions about the money

Why can't I download anything on the free plan?
Because the free plan is how you find out whether the engine is any good on your music, and that question is answered by listening. You get the full engine, at full quality internally, on your whole song, with a loudness-matched comparison against your original. What costs money is taking the file — either one track at a time, or unlimited on a plan.
The free minutes really never come back?
Really. Ten minutes are granted once when you sign up, they never expire, and they're never topped up. It's an evaluation rather than an allowance, and we'd rather say so here than have you find out in the middle of a project. Analysis isn't metered, so a workspace that has used its ten minutes can still put a track in and see what's wrong with it.
How is a minute counted?
By the length of the source audio, rounded up to a tenth of a minute per job, multiplied by the capability's published multiplier. A four-minute track mastered is four minutes. The same track separated into stems is six, because separation costs 1.5×. Mixing counts the length of the mix, not the sum of the stems.
What happens when I run out mid-project?
Nothing that's already running stops. The next submission is refused before it starts, with the exact shortfall, and you're offered a plan or a pack. A job that would overshoot your remaining minutes can't be submitted at all — so there's no such thing as an unexpected overage here.
Do I need a subscription to use the API?
No. API usage is pay-as-you-go on its own meter with a card on file, available from any workspace including a free one. Plan minutes never pay for API jobs and API credit never pays for Studio jobs — two pools, so neither can quietly drain the other. Test mode is free.
Can I get a refund?
In the cases the terms set out, yes. A purchase you never downloaded, or an untouched minute pack, is refundable in full for thirty days — a partly-used pack isn't refunded pro rata, and we say that at purchase rather than in a policy nobody reads. A defective result is refunded or reprocessed within thirty days. Otherwise payments are final once a period has begun, minutes are spent or a file is downloaded — workable only because you hear the level-matched result before you pay for it.
