The service is operated from Hong Kong and offered principally to customers in the United States. Which law governs your agreement with us, and which consumer protections survive that regardless, is set out in the terms of service.
Representatives and agents. A company based where we are needs named people in other places before it can properly serve customers there, and this is where they are listed. Our representative in the European Union under Article 27 of the GDPR has not been appointed yet. Nor has our United Kingdom counterpart. Our designated agent for copyright notices has not yet been filed with the US Copyright Office, which is set out plainly on the copyright page rather than left to be inferred from an empty line here.
