Prices and other charges
- Price: the price of each plan, minute pack, long-form hours pack and per-track purchase is shown on the pricing page and again at checkout. Any tax that applies is calculated at checkout, and checkout shows the total before you pay.
- Charges other than the price: we charge nothing else. Your internet connection is at your own cost, and if your card is charged in a currency other than your own, your card issuer may add a conversion fee.
How and when you pay
- Payment method: credit or debit card, processed by Stripe. Checkout shows the payment methods available to you.
- When you pay: a plan is charged when you subscribe, and then at the start of each monthly or annual period until you cancel. Minute packs, long-form hours and per-track purchases are charged when you buy them. Overage you have switched on, and API usage, are billed monthly for what was used.
When you receive it
Immediately. A plan, a minute pack or long-form hours can be used as soon as the payment is confirmed. A processed file can be downloaded as soon as its processing finishes, and a per-track purchase as soon as it is paid for.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
What you buy is a digital service, so there is nothing to send back. The rules below are those of the terms of service, which govern.
- Plans: you can cancel at any time in your account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and the rest of that period is not refunded.
- Minute packs and long-form hours: a purchase none of which has been used is refunded in full if you ask at support@euphonaai.com within 14 days of buying it; its minutes or hours are withdrawn when it is refunded. Once any of it has been used, it is not refundable, except where the law gives you a right that cannot be excluded.
- Per-track purchases, not refundable once the file has been downloaded, unless the download failed or the result was defective.
- Defective results: if a result is defective, tell us and we will reprocess or refund it.
What you need to use it
A recent version of a common web browser, with JavaScript and cookies enabled, on a computer, tablet or phone, and an internet connection. Nothing needs to be installed.
